My Story
In support of raising funds for research into kids’ cancer, this year I am taking on a series of endurance cycling challenges aimed at pushing physical and mental limits for a meaningful cause. The journey begins in March with a long distance ride from Yanchep to Yallingup, a demanding coastal route that sets the foundation for what is ahead.
Building on that momentum, I will take on my biggest challenge yet in October, riding 100 kilometres every single day for the entire month. That is over 3,100 kilometres with no rest days. This challenge is about consistency, resilience, and using every kilometre to help support vital research for kids and families affected by cancer.

getting back into things
27 Jan 2026It’s officially 8 weeks to go until the Yanchep to Yallingup ride and I’ve just started getting back into things. Training has been building steadily and I’ve ticked off 220 kilometres so far this week, which is a solid start. Taking a gradual approach is important, especially early on, but it’s been great to get the legs turning again and start settling back into the routine. I’m excited to keep building from here, stay consistent, and really get stuck into the preparation as the ride gets closer.
