They go through so much and yet somehow find a way to smile through it all never really complaining, just quietly fighting their battles. As you know I’m currently in hospital on the kids and maternity ward because the main hospital is full. Sitting here seeing all those tiny faces hooked up to pumps and machines breaks my heart. It makes you realise how much these little ones endure every single day and yet their strength and spirit shine so bright.
